These terms govern your use of the LawnKeep iOS application. By using LawnKeep you agree to them.
What LawnKeep is
LawnKeep is a planning tool that builds a general lawn care schedule from the climate zone and grass type you select, and lets you track what you do. It is not an agronomy service and does not provide professional landscaping, horticultural or chemical-application advice.
Guidance is general
The schedule is general guidance, not a prescription for your specific lawn. Local weather, soil, shade and lawn condition all matter. Always read and follow the label of any fertilizer, seed or weed-control product — the label is the law — and check your local regulations and watering restrictions.
LawnKeep accepts no liability for damage to lawns, plants or property resulting from actions taken on the basis of the app's suggestions.
Purchases and subscriptions
- The current month's plan, reminders and the text journal are free. The full 12-month plan and journal photos require LawnKeep Pro.
- LawnKeep Pro is available as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its schedule content belong to us. Your journal entries and photos belong to you.
Warranty and liability
LawnKeep is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
