Privacy Policy

StrikeStat is a bowling score keeper. We built it so your data stays yours: no account, no ads, no tracking, and everything you bowl lives on your device.
Data stored on your device
Your players, games, frame-by-frame scores, leagues and ball details are stored locally on your iPhone. We have no servers holding this data and no way to access it. Deleting the app deletes this data.
iCloud sync
If you are signed into iCloud, StrikeStat keeps your games in sync across your own Apple devices using Apple's private CloudKit database.
- Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers. We cannot see or access it.
- Sync is handled entirely by Apple over an encrypted connection.
- You can turn it off any time in iPhone Settings > your Apple ID > iCloud, or by signing out of iCloud.
Finding bowling alleys
When you use Find Alleys, your search and approximate location are handled by Apple Maps to show nearby bowling centers. StrikeStat does not collect, store, or share your location, and the feature is optional.
Purchases
The one-time Pro unlock and the optional annual plan are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details. Manage purchases in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Analytics and tracking
StrikeStat contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. There is no AI feature and nothing you bowl is sent to us.
Children
StrikeStat is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date above.
