BP Visit Log is a blood pressure logging and tracking utility. It is intended to help You record readings, review trends, and export records for personal organization or discussion with a healthcare professional. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not replace professional medical advice.

Health and Log Data

The core functionality of BP Visit Log is to let You record and review blood pressure readings and related notes. Depending on how You use the Service, this may include values such as systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse, timestamps, notes, tags, and reminder preferences.

This information may be considered health-related data. You should enter only information You are comfortable storing in the Application.

Optional Account Data

Creating an account may be optional or unavailable in some versions of the Service. If You choose to create or use an account feature in the future, We may collect basic account information such as Your email address for backup, synchronization, or support purposes.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device’s IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, language, timestamps, feature interactions, crash diagnostics, and other technical data needed to maintain and improve the Service.

Purchase Data

BP Visit Log may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to Your payment card information. Billing is governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy and Terms.

HealthKit and Device Permissions

If BP Visit Log requests access to device permissions such as notifications, camera, photo library, or Apple Health integrations in the future, those permissions will be requested only when relevant to a feature You choose to use. Access is optional and can generally be managed in Your device settings.
